  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the standard-size product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. Transportation time isn’t included in this period.

  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

  • In case of a return delivery cost is paid by a client. Money refund is send to a client’s bank account/credit card after receiving the item in the same condition and the original packaging.

  • «Made to measure» items are non-refundable.

  International deliveries are carried out by Russian Post or any other logistic company due to your choice (fixed with our manager while placing an order). The amount and terms of the international shipping rate depends on your shipping location. Our manager will calculate and include a certain sum in your final cheque before sending you a payment link. Please, note that your order must be 100% pre-payed to be shipped to your location. Please, note that any taxes and duties aren't included in the delivery cost (each country has its own tax legislation). We suggest you contacting the local tax office for specifications.
